Director/Lead Teacher

We are seeking a hands-on and a motivated self-starter for a Director/Lead Teacher’s position at Montessori Enrichment Center at Howell, NJ. We are looking for a leader who shares our passion for the Montessori Method. A person who is skilled in building a strong parent community, retaining great staff members and ensure the educational experience for each child at our school is of the highest standard. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field AND management experience in a licensed facility is required.


  • Strong leadership skills
  • At least 2 years’ experience being a director at a licensed Montessori school (preferred)
  • Must have Montessori training (AMS, AMI, MACTE approved) in leadership or teaching

Pre-Primary and Primary Teachers

Montessori Enrichment Center located at Howell, NJ is looking for passionate lead and assistant teachers for Pre-Primary/Toddler (18 months – 3 years) and Primary (3-6 years) Montessori classrooms.

Early Childhood Education experience and academic background preferred with willingness to complete Montessori training. Applicant must be willing to learn, self-driven, possess a positive attitude and should be a good team player. The candidate must conduct oneself professionally and provide quality care for young children based on the tenets of Montessori philosophy.
